Registered Nurse (Medical Intensive Care Unit)
Provide high-acuity, evidence-based nursing care for critically ill adults in the MICU. Perform comprehensive patient assessments, titrate medications, and manage complex therapies including ventilators and invasive lines. Rapidly recognize and respond to changes in patient condition.
Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans aimed at achieving optimal outcomes.

Key duties
- Deliver safe, patient-centered ICU care through thorough assessment and clinical monitoring
- Manage and titrate medications and support advanced respiratory interventions
- Care for invasive lines and respond promptly to clinical deterioration
- Educate and support patients, families, and peers; precept staff as needed
- Maintain safety, infection prevention, and quality improvement standards
- Current RN licensure
- Strong critical care and patient assessment skills
- Ability to coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team
- Commitment to evidence-based practice, safety, and continuous improvement
- Effective communication and teaching/precepting capabilities
