I’m looking for a Florida licensed LCSW to join Therapy For The Soul in Jacksonville.

This opportunity combines direct clinical care, ongoing professional development, and room for growth in a practice that values clinical autonomy, thoughtful collaboration, and excellent trauma treatment.

This is a hybrid opportunity. You can see clients in person at our Jacksonville office and provide telehealth from home.

You choose how many clinical hours you want to work.

Whether you want to add a few clients alongside your existing practice or build a full clinical schedule, this opportunity can fit your goals.

Already have a private practice? Seeing clients through Alma or Headway? You’re welcome to continue that work while seeing clients with us.

There is no noncompete. You can continue building your own practice while working with me.

Compensation

Starting pay is $80 per hour, with annual pay increases as the business grows.

Clinical Responsibilities

Provide therapy, including EMDR and trauma treatment, in person at our Jacksonville office and through telehealth from home.

Complete clinical assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.

Training and Professional Development

EMDR training is required. We pay for all trainings.

Consultation toward EMDRIA certification is provided at no cost for clinicians who would like to pursue certification.
