New Car Automotive Sales Consultant

Are you outgoing, motivated, customer-focused, and ready to build a rewarding career in automotive sales? We are looking for an enthusiastic Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing team!

Automotive sales experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right individual who has a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a desire to succeed.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and build lasting relationships.

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles.

Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.

Assist customers with purchasing and lease options.

Follow up with customers by phone, text, and email.

Develop repeat and referral business.

Maintain product knowledge and stay current on inventory.

Meet individual sales goals while providing an outstanding customer experience.

Work collaboratively with the sales team and management.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and people skills.

Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable.

Reliable, punctual, and organized.

Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record, as required by dealership policy and insurance.

Previous sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
