Required Qualifications:

• Lead and support end-to-end Oracle Retail Cloud implementations, including configuration, deployment, enhancements, and post-production support.
• Work extensively with Oracle Retail MFCS, SIOCS, Merchandising, Inventory Management, and Supplier Management modules.
• Configure, customize, and optimize Oracle Retail Cloud applications based on business requirements.
• Design, develop, and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Manage retail master data, item and supplier setup, store configurations, inventory processes, and financial integrations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and deliver effective techno-functional solutions.
• Troubleshoot application and integration issues, ensuring data accuracy, system performance, and seamless business operations.
• Support testing, data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live activities, and production stabilization.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver Oracle Retail Cloud solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Demonstrate strong techno-functional expertise, problem-solving abilities, and client-facing communication skills.
