Overview

The Oracle SCM Cloud OM Consultant - Senior Manager will play a pivotal role in leading and optimizing supply chain management processes for our clients using Oracle's cloud-based solutions. Job Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle SCM Cloud Order Management modules.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Ensure the successful integration of Oracle SCM solutions with existing business processes.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for cloud SCM applications, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for client stakeholders and end-users.
• Advise clients on best practices and help them leverage Oracle SCM functionalities to improve efficiency.
• Monitor project progress and deliver updates to stakeholders, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, with at least 5 years of experience in implementing Oracle SCM Cloud solutions.
• Strong understanding of supply chain concepts, processes, and best practices.
• Proficiency in Oracle SCM Cloud Order Management modules.
• Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of leading successful implementations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
