Payment Technician

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payment Technician to support payment operations for a federal benefits program. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for processing Employment Network (EN) payment requests accurately, efficiently, and within established deadlines. You will serve as a key point of contact for organizations submitting payment requests, providing guidance on payment status, policies, and procedures. Your work will involve reviewing reimbursement claims, supporting automated payment activities, and ensuring compliance with established service standards. You will also contribute to reporting, data analysis, and continuous improvements in payment processing operations.
