Are you an experienced Pediatric Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU/CVPICU) RN ready for your next travel assignment? We're looking for skilled pediatric cardiac critical care nurses passionate about providing exceptional care to critically ill children.

💵 COMPENSATION HIGHLIGHTS

• 💲 $77.29 per hour
• 💲 $1,082.06 per 12-hour shift
• 💲 $3,246.18 per week

🩺 POSITION DETAILS

• 📍 Location: San Diego, CA
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Start date: ASAP
• Day shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Scheduling: Variable day/night shifts
• Work schedule: 3 × 12-hour shifts per week

💙 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

✅ Minimum of 2 years of recent Pediatric CVICU/CVPICU experience

✅ Previous children's hospital experience

✅ Strong pediatric cardiovascular critical care skills

✅ Experience caring for critically ill pediatric cardiac patients

🫀 PREFERRED CLINICAL SKILLS

• ECMO and LVAD/RVAD experience
• Ventilator management and advanced airway care
• Hemodynamic monitoring and arterial line management
• Cardiac dysrhythmia recognition and management
• Postoperative cardiac surgery and cardiac catheterization care
• IV vasopressors, continuous sedation, and emergency medications
• Congenital heart disease and complex pediatric cardiac care

📅 HOLIDAY AVAILABILITY REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must be willing to work 2 of the following 3 holidays, including holiday eves:
