Position Overview

Rivalists™ is seeking a highly skilled and qualified Physical Therapist, ATC (Athletic Trainer Certified) to join our dynamic remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert rehabilitation services, designing individualized treatment plans, and facilitating recovery programs for clients across various settings. Job Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of client physical capabilities and limitations.
• Create personalized treatment protocols to address specific musculoskeletal or neuromuscular issues.
• Utilize therapeutic methods including exercise, manual therapy, and modalities to facilitate recovery.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on outcomes.
• Educate clients on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and wellness strategies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with relevant regulations.
• Participate in continued education to stay current with the latest physical therapy practices.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent academic qualification.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist and certification as an Athletic Trainer.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably with a focus on rehabilitation.
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
• Ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload effectively.
• Proficient in documenting patient care accurately and thoroughly.
