Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on identity and access management.
• Proven experience with Ping Identity products such as PingFederate, PingAccess, and PingID.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or .NET.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a collaborative mindset.

Technologies & Tools

The Senior Software Engineer, Technical Lead will work with a variety of technologies and tools, including but not limited to: Ping Identity suite of tools (PingFederate, PingAccess, PingID), Java, Spring Framework, RESTful services, SQL databases, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is also advantageous.
