Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage infrastructure solutions using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to ensure streamlined deployment processes.
• Optimize and automate CI/CD pipelines for maximum efficiency and performance.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to application and infrastructure.
• Define and enforce best practices for development, testing, and deployment.
• Lead and mentor junior DevOps engineers to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Integrate security practices within the CI/CD pipeline to ensure compliance and safeguard organizational assets.
• Research and implement new technologies to modernize and improve the existing infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in DevOps or related fields.
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency in configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby.
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of networking, security, and system architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to new technologies.
