Job Description:

We are seeking a Production Support Analyst to support a Tier 1 asset management application within a leading investment management organization. This is a highly business-facing role requiring a combination of production support experience, strong capital markets knowledge, technical troubleshooting skills, and effective communication.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting critical asset management applications, strong SQL and analytical skills, and the ability to investigate technical issues while working closely with business stakeholders. The role also emphasizes the use of AI tools to improve day-to-day production support processes and develop self-service support capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience providing production support for a Tier 1 asset management application.
• Strong knowledge of capital markets and the asset management domain.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders.
• Strong hands-on SQL skills.
• Experience understanding application technology stacks, tracing logs, and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Familiarity with GitHub and AWS.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude in day-to-day production support activities.
• Business analysis skills, including the ability to identify opportunities and help develop self-service support utilities.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to provide occasional weekend support.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
