The QA/Test Engineer will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and performance of our software products at Stellent IT. Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on requirements and specifications.
• Perform functional, performance, integration, and regression testing on software applications.
• Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools, ensuring efficient resolution with development teams.
• Design and maintain automated tests for regression and other testing needs.
• Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to understand product requirements and devise appropriate testing strategies.
• Analyze test results, generate reports, and communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies based on industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Proficiency in automated testing frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC methodologies.
• Experience with API testing and tools like Postman or equivalent.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
