Job Description

Role: Remote RN Acute Care Virtual Quality Support nurse focused on improving patient safety and quality through centralized virtual monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

Remotely monitor acute care patients and support quality initiatives.
Review clinical documentation to ensure completeness and alignment with care standards.
Partner with bedside teams to promote adherence to care protocols, core measures, and safety expectations.
Identify clinical variances, escalate concerns appropriately, and support timely issue resolution.
Collaborate across disciplines using advanced EHR and telehealth tools.

Qualifications & Skills

Registered Nurse (RN) with acute care experience.
Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and documentation review skills.
Ability to communicate effectively and coordinate with bedside teams remotely.
Proficiency with EHR and virtual/telehealth technologies.
Commitment to patient-first care, safety standards, and continuous improvement.
