Job Description
Key Duties
- Greet guests and take orders with a positive, helpful attitude
- Operate the POS system and process cash and card transactions accurately
- Assemble and deliver customer orders
- Maintain a clean, welcoming dining and front counter area
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and service standards
- Work effectively as part of a high-energy team to support smooth operations
- Strong customer service and hospitality mindset
- Accuracy and attention to detail for orders and payments
- Ability to stay upbeat and perform reliably in a fast-paced setting
- Comfort using POS systems and handling transactions
- Team-oriented communication and willingness to learn
