Seminar Marketing Manager – Independent Wealth Management

Location: Remote

Compensation: $100,000–$115,000 base + 10% KPI-driven annual bonus target

We’re hiring a Seminar Marketing Manager on behalf of our client, an established independent wealth management firm based in Philadelphia, PA and we’re excited about this one.

Our client helps retirees and pre-retirees plan with confidence, and educational workshops and dinner seminars are the heartbeat of their growth. If you’ve built a seminar program that fills rooms and fills advisor calendars, we want to talk.

Why this role?

Build and execute the seminar calendar to drive first appointments from dinner

seminars and workshops.

Select markets and venues, including market research and expansion into new

territories.

Analyze event results continuously and carry the learnings into future campaigns.

Own the seminar marketing budget and track spend against results.

Manage relationships with seminar marketing vendors, including Workshops for

Retirement, Acquire Direct and Leading Response.

What You Bring

5+ years of experience building a seminar program with an RIA firm

Experience Managing Others
