Job Description

Who We Are

Evolve is a Registered Investment Advisor serving high‑ to ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients across the greater Los Angeles area. We are an independent, predominantly employee‑owned firm experiencing rapid growth. Our multi‑generational team fosters an agile, insightful, and forward‑thinking advisory environment.

The Role

We are seeking a highly capable Senior Associate to take on elevated responsibilities in client service, portfolio support, and operational execution. Senior Associates serve as a key extension of Advisors, independently owning complex servicing needs and contributing directly to client experience and investment workflows.

This role is well‑suited for individuals with hands‑on wealth management experience who are ready to step into deeper client-facing and analytical responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced support to Advisors, including:
  • Portfolio analysis and preparation of investment proposals
  • Trade execution and rebalancing
  • Complex account maintenance, transfers, and money movement
  • Prepare detailed performance reports, asset allocation analyses, and recommended portfolio adjustments
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for many client servicing needs
  • Research and resolve client inquiries with clear, proactive follow‑up
  • Participate in client meetings, speaking to operational and increasingly investment‑related topics
  • Assist Advisors in developing customized financial and investment strategies for clients and prospects
  • Collaborate with custodians, internal teams, and third‑party providers to ensure seamless client delivery
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements across advisory operations and client experience initiatives
  • Uphold firm compliance standards and maintain strict client confidentiality

Qualifications

  • 2–4+ years of experience in wealth management or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate client needs
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Ability to navigate a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment with accuracy and composure
  • Experience with advisory operations (account opening, money movement, proposals, CRM workflows)
  • Familiarity with Fidelity, Schwab, Addepar, or Wealthbox is a plus
  • Series 65, or progress toward certification is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree required
