Job Responsibilities

• Design and deploy scalable, highly available cloud architectures using AWS services.
• Implement and manage cloud-based solutions, including security protocols, monitoring, and incident response.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Optimize application performance and reliability by leveraging AWS capabilities and best practices.
• Conduct cost analysis and optimization for cloud resources, implementing measures to enhance efficiency.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends related to cloud computing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering, specifically with AWS technologies.
• Advanced knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and VPC.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Relevant AWS certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional or equivalent) are preferred.
