Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure to support the application lifecycle.
• Monitor system performance and reliability, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Write Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline software deployment processes.
• Collaborate with software engineers to enhance application performance and capacity.
• Implement and manage robust monitoring solutions to ensure application uptime.
• Lead incident response initiatives and post-mortem analyses to prevent future occurrences.
• Provide mentoring and support for junior engineers in best practices and technology tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering role.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Experience with container orchestration technologies, such as Kubernetes and Docker.
• Understanding of networking protocols and concepts, including HTTP, DNS, and TCP/IP.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to system optimization.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on teamwork.
