Position Overview

As a Senior Dev Operations Engineer with a focus on Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) at Saicon, you will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining our cloud infrastructure, automating operational processes, and ensuring the overall reliability, performance, and scalability of our systems. Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and highly available cloud infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance and ensure maximum uptime through proactive troubleshooting.
• Develop automation scripts to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to integrate infrastructure and application services.
• Enhance the configuration management and deployment processes using industry-standard tools.
• Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response efforts for production issues.
• Conduct post-mortem analyses to identify root causes of outages and recommend actionable improvements.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers in DevOps methodologies and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a DevOps/SRE role or related positions.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby.
• Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration systems like Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and related tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
