The Senior Director, Data and Digital Solutions will lead enterprise-wide resource management and strategic execution across AI, automation, data, and infrastructure initiatives. Reporting to the CIO, this senior leadership role connects business strategy with portfolio planning, workforce capacity, technology delivery, and measurable outcomes. You will ensure that people, skills, funding, and technical resources are aligned with organizational priorities. Working closely with executive leaders and cross-functional teams, you will manage competing demands, coordinate dependencies, and maintain accountability for delivery commitments. The role also oversees data modeling, reporting, and dashboard development to support informed decision-making for internal stakeholders and clients.
