Job Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering teams responsible for AI workload orchestration technologies, providing strategic direction and guidance.

• Collaborate with product management to define product strategy and roadmap based on market trends and customer needs.
• Establish and uphold engineering best practices, including software development processes, documentation, and quality assurance.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of AI systems through systematic design and architecture reviews.
• Mentor and develop engineering talent within the organization, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing engineering teams.
• Proven expertise in AI, machine learning, and data orchestration technologies.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, project management practices, and DevOps principles.
