We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Facets Configuration Analyst to support the configuration, optimization, and administration of enterprise healthcare systems. In this role, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of Facets to manage complex configurations and ensure the smooth operation of critical healthcare administration processes. You will work across key functional areas, including provider management, membership, claims, product benefits, and workflow administration. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining system accuracy, operational efficiency, and seamless integration between upstream and downstream applications. Working in a fully remote environment, you will collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders while taking ownership of configuration activities and deliverables.
