Job Responsibilities

• Identify, document, and track defects and issues arising throughout the testing process.
• Implement performance and scalability testing to ensure applications meet the expected demand.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior QA engineers on automation best practices.
• Contribute to the continuous integration and deployment pipeline by integrating automated tests.
• Analyze test results and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders, providing actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance automation or a related role.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or similar frameworks.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Technologies & Tools
