Senior SAP S/4HANA Production Support & Platform Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Production Support & Platform Operations Specialist to manage production support activities, troubleshoot complex technical issues, strengthen system monitoring, and ensure platform stability and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA, and SAP RISE environments, along with the ability to independently manage production incidents, coordinate with SAP and Application Management Services (AMS) teams, and drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

Experience with SAP BRIM, particularly Convergent Charging and Mediation, is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex production issues across SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Monitor system health, application performance, availability, and overall platform stability.
• Coordinate with SAP support, AMS providers, infrastructure teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely incident resolution.
• Lead and support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring and critical production incidents.
• Identify opportunities to improve monitoring, incident management, system reliability, and operational processes.
• Provide backup coverage for SAP platform administration and assigned operational responsibilities.
• Support platform administration activities, including system monitoring, technical troubleshooting, and operational maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with assigned platform controls, operational procedures, and governance requirements.
• Track production incidents, document resolutions, and maintain technical support documentation.
• Participate in operational reviews, incident calls, service management meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA in production environments.
• Solid technical knowledge of SAP HANA database and platform operations.
• Practical experience working with SAP RISE environments.
• Proven ability to independently troubleshoot production issues and manage critical incidents.
• Strong experience in system monitoring, performance analysis, incident management, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Experience coordinating with SAP support teams and third-party AMS providers.
• Understanding of SAP platform administration, operational controls, and system reliability.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management).
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP Convergent Charging.
• Experience with SAP Convergent Mediation.
• Exposure to subscription-based billing, usage-based charging, and revenue management processes.
• Experience working in enterprise production support and managed services environments.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise SAP production environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and coordinate across multiple technical teams.
