• Collaborate with development teams to influence design and improve application reliability.
• Conduct post-mortem analysis on incidents to derive actionable insights and improve processes.
• Manage and enhance Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior site reliability engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of Linux/Unix systems and administration.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) and incident management systems.
