Overview

The Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) at Brillio is tasked with overseeing and enhancing the operational stability of our production systems. Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage scalable and reliable systems to meet business needs.
• Monitor and improve application performance through troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Implement automation and configuration management tools to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure design reliability, scalability, and performance of applications.
• Lead incident response efforts, establishing and documenting post-incident reviews.
• Develop and maintain service level objectives (SLOs) and service level indicators (SLIs).
• Participate in on-call rotation to maintain system availability and performance.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance infrastructure and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a Site Reliability Engineering or related field.
• Strong proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Go, or Java.
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Solid understanding of container orchestration and management tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Demonstrated experience in system monitoring and observability platforms (Prometheus, Grafana).
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and a strong analytical mindset.
• Knowledge of networking, security protocols and practices is a plus.
