Overview

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) at Sportserve, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our services. Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage monitoring solutions to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate reliability into the software development lifecycle.
• Automate operational tasks to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, conducting post-mortems to identify root causes and prevent future occurrences.
• Evaluate and improve system architecture, scaling strategies, and capacity planning.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Maintain and optimize CI/CD processes for rapid deployment and recovery triggers.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in cloud infrastructure technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Experience with container orchestration systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Excellent understanding of monitoring and logging solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
• Proficient in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.) and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible).
• Solid experience with incident management and resolution processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
