Job Responsibilities

• Perform regression testing and continuous integration to ensure software quality throughout the development cycle.
• Conduct performance and load testing to validate system behavior under varying conditions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior testing team members.
• Participate in code and design reviews, contributing feedback to enhance software design and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, with a strong background in automated testing.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
• In-depth understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner or JMeter is a plus.
