Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and warmly when they arrive for service appointments.
Assess customers’ vehicle service needs and communicate effectively with both customers and technicians.
Provide accurate cost estimates and service timelines to customers.
Manage service orders and ensure all paperwork is complete and accurate.
Follow up with customers regarding service status and recommendations for future maintenance.
Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Honda vehicles, service procedures, and warranty policies.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with computer systems and service management software.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
