Shift Manager – Picard Family McDonald’s

Picard Family McDonald’s is hiring dependable, motivated Shift Managers to join our team in the Mason and South Lebanon areas.

Pay: $17–$21 per hour, based on experience and availability

Schedule: Full-time and part-time opportunities available

Pay Frequency: Weekly

Start Date: As soon as possible

Responsibilities:

* Lead and support restaurant employees throughout the shift

* Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient customer service

* Assign positions and maintain proper staffing

* Coach employees and help develop a strong team

* Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards

* Manage cash procedures, inventory, and shift operations

* Help the restaurant meet service and performance goals

* Resolve customer concerns professionally

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous leadership or restaurant experience

* McDonald’s experience is a plus

* ServSafe certification is a plus

* Dependable, positive, and comfortable leading a team

* Flexible availability is preferred
