Job Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing scalable and reliable systems for complex backend applications.
• Monitoring system health and performance using appropriate logging and monitoring tools.
• Creating and maintaining automation tools for deployment, monitoring, and system maintenance.
• Collaborating with software engineering teams to improve development processes and operational efficiency.
• Incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to mitigate production issues and improve service reliability.
• Developing and maintaining documentation of systems architecture and processes.
• Participating in an on-call rotation to address and resolve outages and service disruptions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or a similar role.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
• Strong experience with container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes and Docker.
• Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Puppet.
• Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and shell scripting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward system improvements.
