Job Overview

As a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) at EVONA, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. Job Responsibilities

• Design and develop automated test scripts for functional and non-functional testing.
• Implement and maintain test frameworks and tools to streamline the QA processes.
• Execute manual and automated tests, analyze results, and report defects in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define testing requirements.
• Create and maintain documentation related to test plans, scenarios, and cases.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the overall quality of the codebase.
• Continuously identify risks and defects, providing actionable insights for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test or similar QA role.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
• Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit).
• Familiarity with continuous integration and build tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git).
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies and QA best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

Technologies & Tools

In this role, you will utilize a variety of technologies and tools including but not limited to Selenium for test automation, JUnit and TestNG for testing frameworks, Git for version control, and Jenkins for continuous integration.
