Job Description
About The Company
ArchitectNow has been a trusted partner in delivering impactful software solutions for 18 years. As a Microsoft Solutions Partner with active designations in Digital & App Innovation (Azure), Data & AI (Azure), and Infrastructure (Azure), we specialize in cloud-native applications, AI, data platforms, the Power Platform, and managed cloud services. Our commitment lies in building complex software systems efficiently, reliably, and on schedule. ArchitectNow operates fully remotely across 14 states, maintaining a close-knit culture where engineers have direct visibility with leadership and clients, fostering transparency and rapid iteration.
About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Agentic Software Engineer to join our innovative team. This role emphasizes spec driven development where software features originate from detailed specifications with defined acceptance criteria and architectural constraints. The primary responsibilities include creating requirements, specifications, and architectural designs, while AI agents generate the majority of the code. The engineer reviews, tests, and delivers the final product, ensuring quality and alignment with client needs.
The ideal candidate will have several years of hands-on experience delivering production-grade .NET and Angular, React, or Blazor applications on Azure. Familiarity with spec driven, agentic workflows is essential as this role does not provide training in these methodologies. You will work closely within a delivery pod alongside Tech Leads, Delivery Leads, and fellow developers to deliver a variety of projects ranging from polished UI-heavy web applications to AI-powered agentic workflows and complex data and AI platform projects on Microsoft Fabric and Purview.
This position offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of software development, continuously improving spec templates, agentic development skills, and tooling, while helping shape the future of how software is built at ArchitectNow.
Qualifications
ArchitectNow is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status.
