About the Company

Our client is building an AI-powered operations platform for companies that design and manufacture complex hardware. Today, most manufacturers run engineering, supply chain, production, and planning across disconnected tools and spreadsheets. This company replaces that patchwork with a single connected system, then uses AI agents to automate and run the work inside it.

Their customers are building next-generation technology in aerospace, defense, energy, and advanced hardware, the kinds of products where delays and errors are expensive. These customers rely on the platform to run their day-to-day operations.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full lifecycle of major features: design, build, test, ship, and maintain them
• Spend real time with customers learning how hardware gets engineered and built, then turn that into software that changes how they operate
• Build performant, reliable systems designed to scale with fast-growing customers
• Influence the technical direction of the platform and the engineering organization
• Solve whatever technical problems stand between the company and its goals, with no “not my job” mentality

You’ll be placed on one of several product areas covering engineering data, supply chain, production, planning, or the commercial side of the business.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience building complex, scalable systems from zero to one, taking problems all the way to production-grade solutions
• Strong proficiency in languages such as Rust, Python, TypeScript, Java, or similar
• A genuine drive to operate with urgency in how you work, how you learn, and how you ship
• Levels are open from early-career to senior and staff. What matters most is ownership and output.

• Frontend: React, TypeScript, Next.js
• Backend: Rust, Python
• Data & Infra: PostgreSQL, NoSQL, AWS (commercial and GovCloud)
• Tooling: Docker, containerized services

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $100k-$200k+, plus meaningful equity/bonus
