• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to performance and reliability.
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of software development experience in designing and implementing large-scale applications.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
• Extensive experience with distributed systems and cloud-based architectures, particularly AWS.
• Strong understanding of database systems and experience with SQL and NoSQL technologies.
