Aditi Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) Automation Engineer. Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain automation frameworks to improve deployment, monitoring, and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure that systems are designed with reliability and scalability in mind.
• Develop tools and processes for continuous integration and deployment, ensuring rapid delivery of software releases.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and maintain high availability.
• Conduct capacity planning and ensure systems are prepared for growth and scalability.
• Implement security best practices and assist in ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Serve as a mentor to junior engineers, sharing best practices in coding and system administration.
• Participate in on-call rotations for incident management and response.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficient in containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Understanding of networking concepts, infrastructure as code, and monitoring solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solid understanding of system performance tuning.

Technologies & Tools

The Senior SRE Automation Engineer will work with a variety of modern technologies and tools including, but not limited to, AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda), containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, GitLab), and infrastructure management tools (Terraform, Ansible). Familiarity with monitoring solutions like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack is also advantageous, along with a strong understanding of networking protocols.
