Job Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain, and improve service-level objectives (SLOs) and service-level indicators (SLIs).

• Participate in on-call rotations to provide timely incident response and recovery.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration frameworks like Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
