Overview

Themesoft Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Storage System Engineer to oversee the design, implementation, and management of our data storage solutions. Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable and reliable storage architectures to accommodate changing data needs.
• Monitor and manage storage systems to ensure peak performance and availability.
• Conduct regular performance tuning and capacity planning for existing storage solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to define storage requirements for various applications.
• Implement data protection strategies, including backup, replication, and disaster recovery plans.
• Troubleshoot and resolve storage-related issues to maintain system integrity and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in storage engineering or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of storage systems, including SAN, NAS, and cloud-based solutions.
• Proficiency in managing enterprise storage solutions such as NetApp, EMC, or similar platforms.
• Experience with backup and recovery solutions, as well as data integrity practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills, with ability to resolve complex issues.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) is a plus.
