Responsibilities

Align cross-functional teams around complex technical programs and strategic priorities, partnering with creative, architecture, operations, engineering, and leadership.
Develop and maintain program plans, roadmaps, milestones, communications, and team operating rhythms.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and delivery processes across large, multi-team programs while adapting methodologies to program needs.
Manage program-level risks, dependencies, issues, stakeholder relationships, and progress reporting.
Support product release and go-to-market planning, track expenditures and ROI, and identify workflow and process improvements.

Requirements

6+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a relevant role supporting medium-to-large technical teams.
Experience managing cross-functional technical programs in infrastructure, operations, software development, or live-service environments.
Understanding of technical architectures, tools, and software deployment practices; experience managing products through development, launch, and live operations is preferred.
Proficiency with Agile, Scrum, and waterfall methodologies, including expert knowledge of Jira and familiarity with Atlassian tools such as Jira Product Discovery and Jira Plans.
Strong leadership, communication, teamwork, and stakeholder-management skills; experience in gaming or entertainment is preferred.
