⏰ 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (may extend until 2:00 AM)

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations, supervise union-represented employees, and ensure safe, efficient, and compliant daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise hourly warehouse employees and manage daily dock/trailer operations.
• Oversee hazardous materials paperwork and shipping documentation.
• Enforce workplace safety protocols and shop rules.
• Manage daily workloads, employee performance, and shift productivity.
• Conduct safety inspections, SOP audits, and daily team meetings.
• Maintain timekeeping records and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of relevant warehouse/manufacturing experience.
• Experience supervising hourly or union-represented employees.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, safety, quality, and scheduling.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• CFR 49 Certification required prior to start (hazardous materials handling).
