Job Description
What you’ll be doing:
• Processing invoices, payment requests, and expense reimbursements
• Matching invoices to purchase orders
• Vendor setup and maintenance
• Vendor statement reconciliations and discrepancy research
• Supporting month-end close and accruals
• Assisting with annual 1099 preparation
• Responding to vendor and employee payment inquiries
• Supporting AP controls and audit requests
What we’re looking for:
•4+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience working within an ERP/accounting system
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
