Job Overview

The Applications Development Lead at TekWissen ® is responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of IT applications to ensure alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives. Job Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in application development with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
• Experience with database management systems (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, particularly Agile and Waterfall.
