Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Citation Latitude SIC Pilot role based in Livonia, MI. The SIC Pilot supports the Captain in all phases of flight, including pre-flight planning, conducting inspections, managing checklists, and ensuring adherence to company and regulatory procedures. Responsibilities include monitoring aircraft systems, assisting with navigation and communications, and maintaining situational awareness throughout each flight. The SIC Pilot participates in post-flight documentation, coordinates with maintenance and ground crews, and contributes to a culture of safety and professionalism. The role also includes regular training, proficiency checks, and adherence to scheduling requirements, including weekends, holidays, and varying duty times as needed.
Qualifications

• Current commercial or airline transport pilot certificate with appropriate multi-engine and instrument ratings for Citation Latitude operations.
• Relevant flight hours and recent jet experience, including experience as SIC or PIC in Part 91 and/or Part 135 operations.
• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, standard operating procedures, and aviation safety practices.
• Demonstrated proficiency in cockpit resource management, communication, and teamwork with flight and ground crew.
• Ability to interpret weather information, flight plans, and performance data to support safe operational decisions.
• Comfort with using modern avionics, navigation systems, and electronic flight bag (EFB) tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, situational awareness, and sound judgment under time-sensitive conditions.
• Professional demeanor, reliability, and commitment to passenger service and confidentiality.
• Ability to meet company medical and fitness standards, including holding a valid FAA medical certificate.
• Flexibility to work variable schedules and travel as required by flight operations.
