Customer Service Associate

Our client, a leading e-commerce and technology company, is looking to hire an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative in Tempe AZ.

Pay Rate Range: $19-20.22

Responsibilities:

Provide professional and timely customer support while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Independently handle customer inquiries, concerns, and service-related issues.

Research and resolve customer issues using online tools and internal resources.

Identify recurring customer concerns and proactively recommend solutions.

Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and upper-level management.

Maintain accurate documentation and follow up on customer issues through resolution.

Use email, chat, Microsoft Office, and other online platforms to manage customer requests.

Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of prior customer service experience.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with professionalism and confidence.

Ability to work independently with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and multitasking abilities.

Strong internet research skills and familiarity with online shopping platforms.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, chat, and internet-based tools.

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

College degree and 3+ years of customer service experience preferred.

Previous call center or face-to-face customer service experience is a plus.

Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment assessment
