Leo Marketing is looking for a Google Ads Credit & Billing Operations Specialist.

About the role:

You will own the financial operations of the Google Ads practice: account funding structures, billing workflows, credit capacity management, and spend reconciliation across the agency's account portfolio.

You will work at the intersection of media and money — ensuring every dollar has a documented path, every account's funding is ahead of its spend, and every invoice reconciles cleanly. The team around you will know your work exists because nothing ever goes wrong quietly.

What you'll be doing:

- Managing Google Ads credit-line applications, limits, renewals, and documentation

- Setting up and maintaining MCC account structures and billing hierarchies

- Reconciling monthly Google Ads invoices against client budgets and contracts

- Monitoring spend, credit utilization, payment thresholds, and unusual charges

- Coordinating billing timelines with finance, account teams, and clients

- Investigating disputes and maintaining audit-ready resolution records

- Building reporting and alerts that surface financial risk early

What makes you a fit:

- 2–4 years in Google Ads billing, credit operations, or agency finance

- Direct experience with MCC structures, billing profiles, or invoicing

- Strong spreadsheet skills and exceptional reconciliation discipline

- Understanding of payment thresholds and credit workflows

- Comfortable communicating with finance, vendors, and client stakeholders

- Confidential, reliable, and careful with financial information

Compensation and benefits:

- $84,000–$108,000 base salary
