IT Field Services Technician — US

Rozmith is a security-first managed service provider for insurance and financial services firms in the US, UK and Europe. When our clients buy a company or open an office, we make the technology side work. We're hiring the person who makes it work on site.

What you'll do

• Set up laptops, docks and monitors at client desks and get users signed in
• Support go-live days when acquired companies join a client's environment
• Work our service desk (Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune) between site visits
• Receive, image, ship and return hardware through our depot

Who this is for

This can be your first IT job. We train you on our tools, clients and procedures. You bring:

• A real interest in technology: coursework, a home lab, a cert in progress, or being the one friends call for tech help
• Comfort with Windows and Microsoft 365, and hands-on comfort setting up equipment
• Clear, friendly communication with people who aren't technical
• Organized habits: you follow a checklist and write down what you did
• A valid driver's license, clean record and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check

Nice to have: help desk or desk-side experience, Intune or Autopilot exposure, basic networking, CompTIA A+ or MS-900 in progress.

The practical side

Based anywhere in the US; Atlanta preferred. Regular local travel to client sites, plus overnight travel for integrations with advance notice. Some planned early or late shifts around go-lives. Regular lifting up to 50 lb. Rozmith provides laptop, phone and tool kit; mileage reimbursed.

Where it leads

You touch every part of IT operations, which is the base for a path into engineering, networking or cybersecurity. Progress is based on evidence, not time in the seat.
