As a Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll be the first smile patients see and the friendly voice they hear. You’ll help create a seamless experience from check-in to check-out, making every visit feel personal and stress-free.

Pay & Schedule

• $17-19/hour
• Monday - Friday schedule, NO WEEKENDS!
  
  

What You’ll Be Doing

• Be the welcoming voice on the phone, helping patients with scheduling and questions
• Greet and check in and check out patients with professionalism and warmth
• Keep things running smoothly with efficient front desk operations
• Support patient flow with strong multitasking and time management skills
• Prepare for future days with route slips
• Verifying insurance before patients arrive
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of customer service experience (healthcare or optical experience is a bonus!)
• Knowledge with insurance would be preferred
• Quick learner
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
• Comfortable with computers and quick to learn new systems
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong organizational skills
