As a Nurse Practitioner you will perform acts of medical diagnosis or prescription of medical therapeutic or corrective measures in collaboration with attending physicians and residents. Physician Assistant, Cardiothoracic ICU
Shift
Full time – 40 hours a week – 50/50 DAYS andNIGHTS, and NIGHTS ONLY - weekend, and holiday requirement
Experience
2 years Physician Assistant experience in Acute Care preferred.
A minimum of 2 years nursing experience in critical care, cardiology, surgical backgrounds preferred.
Education
Completion of a Physician Assistant program required
Licensure
Licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board as a Physician Assistant (PA) Required
BLS certification required
May require ACLS certification
May require PALS (pediatric advanced life support)
Successful completion of the MLH credentialing process through the Medical Staff office, with temporary or permanent privileges approved
This position requires you to wear a respirator as part of the job requirement.
- Night shift differential $7.00/hour
- Salary plus bonus compensation model
