An established and growing commercial drywall contractor is preparing to expand into Northeast Florida and is seeking an entrepreneurial, results-driven leader to launch and lead its Jacksonville-area operation.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced commercial drywall executive who understands the market, has established relationships, and knows how to build a successful operation from the ground up.

The Opportunity

This is much more than managing an existing branch. You will have the opportunity to establish the operation, develop its local presence, build a team, cultivate customer relationships, and drive the company's growth throughout Northeast Florida.

Backed by an experienced ownership team, strong company resources, and an established construction operation, you will have the support and autonomy to build a successful regional business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the launch and development of the Northeast Florida operation.
• Establish and grow relationships with general contractors, developers, and commercial construction partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop a strong project pipeline.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team.
• Build relationships with local suppliers, subcontractors, and workforce resources.
• Oversee business development, estimating, project management, and operational execution.
• Manage financial performance, profitability, and overall market growth.
• Establish the local office and help shape its long-term direction.
• Work closely with company ownership on strategic growth initiatives.

Ideal Candidate

We are interested in an established commercial drywall professional who has successfully led a branch, division, or regional operation.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Significant experience in commercial drywall contracting.
• Previous leadership experience as a General Manager, Division Manager, Branch Manager, President, or similar senior executive.
• Established relationships within the Jacksonville / Northeast Florida commercial construction market.
• A strong understanding of local general contractors, customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and labor resources.
• Demonstrated business development and revenue growth capabilities.
• Experience recruiting, building, and leading teams.
• Strong financial and operational management skills.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to take ownership.

Compensation & Benefits

• Target compensation: Approximately $250,000.
