Evolve HR Solutions is partnering with a CPG company on a confidential search for a Senior Brand Manager. This newly created role offers broad ownership of brand strategy, product innovation, marketing execution, and profitable growth, with opportunities to expand into beauty and adjacent consumer categories.

We’re looking for a creative, commercially minded marketer who enjoys working in a lean team. You should be equally comfortable developing a brand growth strategy, analyzing financial results, building a retailer presentation, and preparing product samples for a customer meeting.

What You’ll Do

• Develop brand strategies and annual plans that drive sales, market share, and profitability.
• Identify unmet consumer needs and lead innovation from concept through commercialization and launch.
• Partner with Finance to build and manage brand P&Ls, budgets, and investment priorities.
• Support Sales with customer plans, assortment recommendations, presentations, and launch materials across club, mass, Amazon, drug, and value channels.
• Lead integrated marketing, packaging, digital content, social media, and agency relationships.
• Use consumer, category, retailer, and financial insights to measure results and improve performance.
• Work across functions to establish practical processes and move projects forward.

What You Bring

• Five or more years of progressive brand management, product marketing, or related CPG experience.
• A record of successfully bringing new products to market.
• Strong analytical and financial skills, paired with creative thinking and consumer insight.
• Experience partnering with Sales and supporting major retail customers.
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing, brand social accounts, and external agencies.
• The ability to prioritize, navigate ambiguity, and deliver results with limited resources.
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

Beauty, personal care, health and wellness, or adjacent category experience is strongly preferred. Experience combining large-company brand training with success in a smaller organization would be especially valuable.
